If you’re highly sensitive, endlessly putting others' needs before your own, or caught in the cycle of self-criticism, life can feel heavy. Maybe you’ve lost touch with your own needs and voice after years of people-pleasing, burnout, or living under toxic belief systems. Deep down, you may long to feel at home in yourself again — to find your worth, reclaim your power, and reconnect with the parts of you that feel lost.
I’m a UK based qualified Integrative Counsellor based in Omagh, Co. Tyrone, offering online counselling for adults across Northern Ireland and the UK.
I am a registered member of BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy).
I support adults with anxiety, stress, low mood, self-esteem, burnout, relationship difficulties and grief through confidential online counselling.
I'm a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental person who cares about supporting people through their difficulties, offering a safe and supportive space where you can begin to explore what’s troubling you, at your own pace.
Therapy is a supportive, confidential space where you can bring your whole self - your thoughts, feelings, fears, and hopes - without judgement. It’s not about being “fixed” or told what to do. Instead, it’s about being deeply listened to and understood, so you can begin to understand yourself in new ways.
In our sessions, you have the chance to pause from the noise of everyday life and explore what’s really going on inside — at your pace, in your own words.
Understand yourself more fully - noticing pattern, emotions and beliefs that may be holding you back.
Build self-compassion - softening the voice of the inner critic and finder kinder ways to relate to yourself.
Untangle past experiences - making sense of how old wounds or messages which may still shape your present life.
Develop healthier boundaries - learning to prioritise your needs without guilt.
Reconnect with your worth - remembering your strengths, values and inner wisdom.
I believe therapy is a place where you can finally put down the mask and be met with genuine compassion, curiosity, and care. My integrative approach draws from:
Person-Centred Therapy – offering unconditional acceptance and warmth so you feel safe to explore who you are.
Gestalt Therapy – helping you increase awareness of your feelings, patterns, and relationships in the here and now.
Psychodynamic Therapy – uncovering how past experiences and unconscious beliefs may be shaping the way you relate to yourself and others today.
Together, these approaches create a supportive, tailored space where healing and growth can unfold at your pace.
I bring warmth, empathy, and a grounded presence into the room. My role isn’t to tell you who to be, but to walk alongside you as you discover your own answers. I know how hard it can feel to take this step, and I’ll meet you exactly where you are, without judgement.
I work in a relational, holistic way to provide a contained space where, together we can explore your whole experiences, past, present along with your thoughts and emotions. I see you as a whole person with all your uniqueness that makes you 'you'.
Gently, at your pace, we can begin to open the door to growth, healing, and meaningful change.
If you’re ready to explore what life could look like when you’re no longer silenced by self-criticism or shaped by the needs of others, I’d be honoured to support you.
